Rocks are fragile for they can crack, chip
be subject to erosion and degrade with enough time.
No rock can withstand the nagging
tears of mother nature.
Hardness is its greatest downfall;
the mistake that causes it to
break by its own doing, and its weight
forbids it to move in times of peril.
When a creature checks a rock to test
if it is indeed strong, she cannot see the internal
damage until it cracks.
